Paintzen Zen Holiday Giveaway – Official Rules

1. Eligibility

The Paintzen Zen Holiday Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Paintzen, Arch Painting, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or household members are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. ET on 12/01/25 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on 12/15/25 (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

During the Entry Period, visit https://www.paintzen.com/december-2025-giveaway and complete the entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. Automated entries are prohibited.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will be selected at random to receive a $100 Amazon e-Gift Card and a $100 Home Goods e-Gift Card. Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection and Odds

On or about 12/19/25, Sponsor will select one (1) winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified via the email provided at entry within 5 business days. The potential winner may be required to provide additional verification of eligibility. If the potential winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Publicity

By entering, entrants grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and submitted photo in advertising, publicity, and promotional materials without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or otherwise violates these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, lost or late entries, or any other errors beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of any prize.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected from entrants will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

This Sweepstakes and these Official Rules will be governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Massachusetts.
